Your knowledge about trends in Santa Monica real estate market and your reputation in the industry was a great comfort to me. I was extremely impressed by your hard work and your ability to promptly find a buyer for my home. It was also through your negotiation skills that we were able to sell my house at the price that I wanted.
Over the years, I have been able to witness Deborah’s incredible negotiating skills. Deborah has been an extremely tenacious and effective advocate on my behalf. While I have been impressed with Deborah’s abilities to but at the lowest possible price, I have been even more impressed by her ability to sell at the highest possible price.
Regarding the sale of my own home, she once again demonstrated superior market knowledge, but equally important, showed real command of real estate mechanics including financing the transaction process and the trades. She offers a unique combination of clarity, toughness and subtlety, all of which are necessary in an effective realtor. That is why my house sold for 10 percent over asking price neither surprised nor bothered me.
My father is a national real estate developer. He does not get impressed by much after being in the business for 45+ years. He would NEVER do a transaction (especially north of Montana) or research without consulting Deborah. We just purchased a home, with Deborah’s help, north of Montana and will begin demolition in a few weeks. Bottom line, we would recommend her with the highest regard. She knows her stuff. I think if you should choose to allow her to represent you, you will be as impressed as we are.
In my opinion, there in not one realtor who knows the neighborhood better than she does. She and her family live there, she knows the people and the nuances that occur on a daily basis. I can say for certain that we would not have received the kind of personal attention that we did from any other brokerage. This particularly true of some realtor “teams” who utilize mass marketing techniques and strategies, and are more concerned with their number of closings than with service.
